Unwantables Hockey Club (UHC) is one of only two independent hockey clubs not linked the Guernsey Hockey Club (GHC). The club was founded to provide an alternative to the GHC, and was formed when the league was created. 

The club boasts a first and second team. 

The 2005/2006 season saw the 2nd XI finishing as Division 2 champions with only one league loss and draw all season. The 2nd XI also finished as runner-up in the Plate competition losing on penalty flicks to Elizabethans.
